The Corporate Communication Division of UPM plays vital role in accomplishing the university’s vision- to be one of the world class universities as we are gearing up towards becoming a world leader in new tropical agriculture. It is part of our responsibilities to provide only the best services to our customers.

We always look forward for improvement in all-six main services offered: event and protocol management, corporate publishing, marketing and promotion, communication and linkages, publicity and media and the handling of public complaints, which are all relevant to the university’s communication scope. We are also very much concern on corporate branding and the image of UPM as core element in practicing our six-in-one service package.

Communication is our most essential aspect, as the ‘Corporate Communication’ trademark would suggest. Our efficient services to the customers rely on the effective communication skills that we uphold. We value UPM-customers interaction.
